Oscar is the founder of Master's College and has helped hundreds of students gain admission to some of the world's most prestigious universities. He has taught Investments and Finance courses at the University of the Pacific and has teaching experience at The University of Iowa.

He holds an MBA from The University of Iowa, where he received several assistantships and scholarships. In Peru, he earned a degree in Business Administration at the University of the Pacific and is also a graduate of the Master's Program in Communication Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

A CFA Charterholder, Oscar is a member of the Investment Committee of MAPFRE Peru. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Andes Security Brokerage Firm and as Deputy Investment Manager and Head Trader at Pacífico Seguros. In the United States, he worked as an Asset Specialist at AEGON USA Investment Management.

How long does the admissions process take?

Most students work with us for approximately 10–12 months. We recommend beginning the process at least one year before intended enrollment to allow time for university selection, essay development, test preparation and financial aid applications.

Can financial aid cover tuition costs?

In some cases, financial aid and scholarships can cover a significant portion — or even all — of educational expenses. Availability varies widely by institution and country. We identify and integrate scholarship opportunities from the beginning of the strategy process.
